These Terms of Service govern your use of axodex.com and any services purchased from Axodex (Аксодекс ЕООД, Bulgaria). By purchasing a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services
Axodex provides productized AI strategy services, including AI Readiness Assessments and Competitive Intelligence Retainers, as described on this website. Services are described in full on the relevant product pages.
Services are delivered as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update service descriptions for future engagements.
Proposals and agreements
A service engagement begins when both parties have agreed to a proposal (delivered via Plutio or equivalent). The proposal sets out the specific scope, price, and delivery timeline for that engagement.
These Terms of Service apply to all engagements unless a specific agreement modifies them in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the proposal for each engagement. Standard terms:
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Invoices are issued in EUR
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is added to invoices where required by law.
Delivery
We will deliver services within the timeframes stated in the proposal. If a delay arises on our side, we will notify you promptly and agree a revised timeline.
Delivery timelines assume you provide required inputs (completed survey, discovery call availability) within five business days of being requested. If inputs are delayed, delivery timelines adjust accordingly.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the invoice, you own the deliverables (reports, documents, and recommendations) produced for your specific engagement.
The underlying methodology, framework, templates, scoring rubrics, and systems used to produce those deliverables remain the intellectual property of Аксодекс ЕООД. You may not reproduce, resell, or sublicense the methodology without written permission.
Accuracy and reliance
Our deliverables constitute strategic guidance based on the information you provide. They are not legal, financial, technical implementation, or professional advice.
AI-generated analysis is reviewed before delivery but may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying recommendations before implementing them. Axodex is not liable for decisions made on the basis of our reports.
Recommendations reflect the state of information at the time of the engagement. The AI landscape changes rapidly; recommendations should be reassessed periodically.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to deliver the service (e.g., to sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy).
We will not publish or reference your engagement, company name, or findings without your explicit written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axodex's total liability to you for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
